Truck Process Agents of America is nationally recognized as a provider for Blanket Designations for BOC-3 Forms (Process Agents) and is approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

All carriers common, contract, brokers, and freight forwarders must file a BOC-3 form with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration BEFORE the Certificate, Permit, or License is issued.
